GEORGE & EDI reed diffuser refill oils are designed so you can reuse the vessel you received when purchasing the reed diffuser set.  The refill oil comes with a new set of black reeds, as the reeds will deteriorate over time and not work as efficiently, so we recommend changing with each refill

 

Please note: if you are purchasing a different fragrance to what was previously in your diffuser vessel, we recommend you either purchase a new reed diffuser set or thoroughly clean the vessel before reusing.  The previous fragrance will affect the new fragrance

How to set up a reed diffuser

 

  • Pour the perfumed oil into the diffuser vessel, only filling the vessel three quarters full and place all the reeds into the oil. Your diffuser is now set up – enjoy
  • Be careful not to spill any oil. If you do spill oil, clean it up immediately with detergent and a wet cloth and wash off your hands immediately. Do not ingest
  • Our high quality new fibre reeds do not need to be turned. They will continue to diffuse fragrance efficiently without turning, for at least six months
  • The strength of the fragrance is determined by the reeds, so if you find the fragrance too strong, remove a few of the reeds

Please note: perfumed diffuser oil can damage porous surfaces such as wood. We recommend you sit the vessel on the Perspex disc provided with your reed diffuser set

RETURNS MUST BE IN THE CONDITIONYOU RECEIVED THEM: CLEAN , UNWORN & TAGS STILL ATTACHED.

NB: Please be careful when trying on garments that you don’t get makeup on the garment and also self tanning products. A refund will not be given if clothes are returned with marks.

Some garments are also very delicate. We recommend removing Jewellery when trying on as these can catch and leave pulls. We will not be accept returns that have pulls or snags as we check our garments before they are sent to make sure you receive them in perfect condition.

 

How to return or exchange your garment

  • Please send your returns back to us within 5 days. Returns received outside this time frame or if you have failed to notify us will not be eligible for a refund. We will issue a credit instead.

WARRANTY

If a product is faulty because of manufacturing faults we will send it back to the manufacturer and try our hardest to repair it or replace it. A sore credit or refund will be issue if we are unable to do the above.

We will not replace items that have been damaged through wear and tear.

If returning faulty footwear please return in the original box packaged inside another box.

If an item has been used please return clean.
